When I attempt to use the import holiday function in my Notes calendar, it only gives me the option of importing Spain and the US. How can I import Japan / Taiwan / etc holidays?

The Holidays have to exist in your server’s Domino Directory. If you’re not an administrator, ask the admin to add those documents to the directory.
