I want to create a rule to intercept a mail before delevery and if meet with some rule, send a copy to another database and delivery the mail too.
Is there a way to do that?

Yes - it’s built into the standard Rules system. Use “Send copy to”
If the database that you wish to copy the mail to is not a user’s mail database, create a Mail-In Database entry (or have your administrator do it for you) and use that as the target for your copy.

Thanks, but Im the Administrator, and I want set that Rule on Domino Server, not on the user’s mailbox. At Domino Server configuration document doesn’t exist a “sent copy to” rule.

You should use mail Journalling in conjunction with a router rule.
Search for “Journalling” in the R6 Admin help
