Whenever I try to Intellisync (v5.3.2) my Toshiba e355 PDA (Windows CE v4.20.1081 build 13100) with Notes (v6.5.3), it shows that it is trying to sync ‘18 items out of 10’, crashes Notes and runs NSD. I have tried doing a clean (re)install of Notes and Intellisync. The log created by NSD is pretty cryptic to me, but mentions ‘ACCESS DENIED’. I’ve tried a variety of things from this aspect, but so far no joy. Thoughts?

Troubleshooting Intellisync is no fun. You might try CommonTime mNotes. It’s been troublefree for me.

Unfortunately, I don’t think that will be an option for us any time soon.
We have a couple dozen users with Intellisync (4 different PDA types). Most are doing well, only a couple are crashing. I’m not seeing anything different between their setup and the ones that are working. Can anyone point me to any documentation that might help?

Intellisync doesn’t have a great troubleshooting guide. Maybe now that Nokia’s bought them it will get better.
The two things that often fix the problem for me are: deleting any replication conflicts from the “All Calendar Entries” view or setting Intellisync to only sync calendar entries from today on (instead of including all old appointments).
