Integration Sametime with DWA

I build domino 8.5.3 & sametime 8.5.2 on 2003 server. i can access mail on both notes client and Inotes. The problem is can’t chat in iNotes. i have done all the settings but the Enable Instant messaging is not available in inotes preferences tab. please let me know how to enable this functionality.
