Is there any one place that lists all the instructions in some kind of order to use smart upgrade. In the help you have to jump all over the place. Is this used in conjuntion with install shield or do you send instrucitons to the user for all the prompts? I don’t mind reading I just am at a loss to find a set of instruction I can use, having never automated an upgrade before. Thank you.
