When we are in I-notes we have the preferences set for instant messenger, however the system still does not work. Anyone have any ideas?

Let me start by asking if you have Sametime server installed and configured. If you do does the server reference the Sametime server?

Yes we have a sametime server installedand configured. I have users that use the iNotes from home. I can not figure out how to get the iNotes to be able to instant messenge.
