Instant messagging access denied

I am getting this error when trying to login to sametime via the builtin lotus notes sametime messgenger after I upgraded notes to 6.5.4: “You are not authorized to access this instant messaging server or resource: messaging.ibm.com”. Anyone has any suggestions? thanks

do you have the sametime server listed in your person doc in the nab. also make sure it rep to the sametime server

First, thanks your your response. However I have a couple of quesitons about your response. what are you calling a person doc or what is that? what is nab? what is rep? sorry about this but I better be sure what these acronyms are before I try anything.
