Installing/upgrading HCL Docs 2.0.1 failing

I just tried to install or upgrade HCL Docs 2.0.1 and ran into a issue upgrading/installing the Docs extensions. I followed this guide:

During the script is running the following error appeared:

WASX7017E: Exception received while running file "/opt/install/docs201/scripting/installer/icext/tasks/install_filetype.py"; exception information: javax.management.MBeanException
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: ItemNotFoundException: EJPVJ9359E: Unable to import the object type from the file named /local/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/config/cells/cc-coredCell01/IBMDocs-config/ibmdocs.xml.
EJPVJ9022E: Unable to get the media with ID 46638d10-8a84-47e7-9ce3-e2066f5f70b4.

... and everything is rolled back.

I tried on 3 servers for now and on all I have this issue ..

Any updates on this? Getting the same error on the 2.0.1 installer.

manual install the extensions ...

Solved it on my servers. Files application wasn't running, because of a missing database update. So after repairing that, the installer ran without issues.
