Installing First Touch Recipe failed

Problem/Query: In a brand new sofy HCL Volt MX Go Version 2.1.1.0-Preview sandbox, when I try installing First Touch Recipe demo I get a recurrent error when clicking in GET STARTED button and entering the DRAPI credentials.

Is the First Touch Demo still working fine? How can I solve this? Thanks

After creating a new sandbox and trying again the app was published. So, there seems to be a random problem with new sandboxes.

Hello!

We have seen this issue in the past, and it’s usually an issue with Sofy. Sometimes starting a Sofy image and letting it sit for a bit will avoid this issue. We’re glad you were able to publish using a new instance.
