Installation of a R6 Server with R5 servers

Hi all,

here is my problem :

I need to setup a new server (a R6.5 one) into a R5 domain.

My question is : How to avoid that the R5 design of the NAB to change to R6 deisgn ?

Is it enough to uncheck the “Forms, views, etc…” field into the replication Settings - Advanced option of the R5 NAB on the administration server ?

I’m not sure of that, could you confirm ?

I thought that the recommendation from IBM was that, in a mixed environment, the Domino Directory should be the ND6 design.

Hi Guys,

Even if it’s the recommandation, in my case it’s only for test purposes.

This is why we don’t want to have the R6 design.

Any Advice ?
