Hi All
After upgrading to Domino 6.5.1 our users get an timeout while writing a mail. This timeout is about 30 minutes.
This is quite OK.
But …
When the users sends the mail, the users are NOT asked to provide login name and password.
The memo simply crashes, and the mail is lost.
Therefore some users have lost ½-1 hours work on this account.
Does anyone have a possible solution ?

Subject: iNotes timeout - no re-login
I assume you are using session authentication. I’m also going to assume you are using internet site documents (if not then look in the server document).
Change the following under Domino Web Engine:
Idle session timeout: 30 minutes
The default setting is 30 minutes. I think we bumped ours up to 240 minutes…

Subject: iNotes timeout - no re-login
Add iNotes_WA_SessionCheck=1 to your NOTES.INI on the DWA-server(s). This will increase network traffic between client and server.
