Some of clients using inotes 6.5.2 gets timeouts ,they are not able to open any emails with attachments as it just timeouts
I even change the configuration document request timeout from 45 second to 120 second but still the problem.
Is this problem from mail server
please help!!

I would advise to upgrade server to R6.5.4 - upgrade mail designs to Domino Web Access R6.5.4. Make sure you are not using any type of compression ie; gzip. Also check your server’s Domino Web Access settings in your server config and turn off HTTP compression there. Make sure your web browser is either IE 5.5 sp1, IE6 or current Firefox. Disable HTTP 1.1 in browsers. Trash all cookies and delete temp. internet files.

We are also facing this problem from last three days, we have domnino 6.5.2 server in India, Mumbai, our clients are from USA accessing their mail from iNotes Client and they are facing same problem of attachment not get opened due to request time out for the webpage.
I think its not the issue of our mail server but it can be due to the Internet latency or slow internet link. But again problem is still in existence. So, If you find any docs or solution on to this problem please convey it to me also and if I supposed to get solution I will surely let you know.
