iNotes requiring an Office 2000 component?

I’ve just rolled out iNotes to all of our field users, and roughly 50% of them, when replying to a message, get an Office 2000 setup step, which unfortunately is very bad as these are field personel and don’t have access to Office 2000 CDs.

What component is it trying to use? We normally perform a full install minus outlook.
