iNotes redirect failed with HTTP 404 error

Hi Guys,

I have a few users where by when they try to login to iNotes, they get the following error message - “HTTP 404 - Entry not found”. I apply iwaredir.nsf to redirect user to iNotes after they successfully login.

However, i’m able to access the iNotes directly with set the URL direct pointing to the user’s mail file - “http://mail.domain.com/mail/username.nsf”, but failed to login when access through http://mail.domain.com/iwaredir.nsf, get the HTTP 404 error.

Any idea?

you can enable debug output while the user is on the redirecting progress barto verify the redirect can find the users mail file

it may be specified incorrectly in the persondoc
