iNotes preferences page

We installed a test server and when iNotes users accessed it for the first time, they were taken automatically to the perferences page where the mail file owner was listed and prompted to save and close to ensure that their mail file had the correct owner.

We installed a production server, and the users do not get this same prompt/scnarion. Any ideas what we can do to have this automatically show up as it did on the test server?

Its probably because the users already have a mail-preferences page.

It uses a profile document. You could always try deleting that from each mail file to re-prompt, but this may cause more pain than you want to alleviate…
