Using Inotes with Internet Explorer on Windows XP, sometimes the windows that INotes uses to display forms are too small to see or use, and contain no scroll bar, and no way to expand the window to see the form in its entirity. For example, when creating a mail message, and clicking on “Options” to set delivery options, the window does not display the lower button to submit the options, and there is no way to scroll down to it. Sometimes you can see the very top line of the “submit” button, and if you position your pointer just right, you can click it. But this isn’t very convenient or intuitive. And it happens on several forms. Does anyone have any ideas how it can be changed or fixed?
Thanks!

A couple of possible causes:
Setting the IE font size to larger than Medium (View, Text Size, Medium)
or changing the default DPI of Windows.

I disagree, I think this is an issue with IE6 and DWA… netscape browser and firefox do not have this problem with same windows settings, and I also do not belive you can fix it by changing windows settings.

Thanks for the replies…I tried setting the text to “smallest” and it didn’t work (it was already set to medium). And I can’t tell my users to change their text settings on their computers. I’m wondering if I’m not going to have to find the code that displays the windows and either enable scrolling or increase the window size. What a PITA if so, especially when upgrading in the future. Does anyone else have any other suggestions?
