when performing an action in inotes i.e opening a new memo I get an installer box pop up asking to install a file for microsoft office 2000 “data1pro.msi” How can I stop this

Have the same problem with a coustum Office installation and Ie 5.0 Sp4 on W2K. My solution was to enter the location where the client can find the MSO installation files.

This is because you have enable offline sync for inotes, and inotes is looking for the install file which are also ActiveX components, so the referce to office…Either disable offline sync or you can isntall the Office update of ActiveX.
