I have a user that no one can change her iNotes password. She tried changing it in the software - and then couldn’t get back in. I have tried changing it in the admin, and she still cannot get back in.
Any ideas?
Subject: Check to see if the user is locked out
As an admin, open up inetlockout.nsf, and see if the user in question is locked out.
