Hi, I am trying to configure the “Go Offline” option on iNotes.
Clicking on the button installs the necesssary software; asks me for my password and then starts to sync - as soon as the sync starts, it fails and tells me to restart. The message on the status line shows “File does not exist” - what file?
my mail file certainly does as I can access it via the web browser. Looking at the properties for the sync job shows the correct filename (mail/daj.nsf)
are doing this being connected to LAN or from remote location going thru firewall?if remotly make sure you have rule: source ANY, destination [Your Notes Server], service [port 1352]… off-line service synch uses 1352 not 80
