good morning. i need some help with a problem that i can’t figure out. we have some mail files that lock up right after they load in inotes. we researched and found that they are running java.exe task and when this is ended in the task manager, the mail file loads ok. when you try to access a message it starts the java back up and locks again. i went into my tools for internet explorer and unchecked “Use JRE 1.6.0_29 for ” on the advanced tab. every mail file that we had an issue with loads fine now. this all started yesterday morning, so i’m not sure if the server got a java update or something of that nature. any help would be greatly appreciated!
