So several users have started having this problem accessing i-Notes. They login fine, but when their page comes up, it displays all wrong. The entire subject line of emails is cut off except for the first letter, and drop down menus are transparent and hard to read.
I’m pretty sure it’s browser dependant as I can get some systems to work correctly, but I haven’t found the smoking gun yet. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, I’m experiencing the same thing. A refresh of the design solves it but I’d like to know what caused it…Also, recently started having trouble with webmail and iNotes users sending excel file attachments. Attachment icon shows up as a generic icon with file name sometimes displayed/sometimes not. - dunno. really confused and frustrated. Users can save locally and as long as they name the attachment .xls - it will open. But users being what they are … Funny, this topic has been discussed in various amounts of detail - but still no definitive answer. Details to the problem would give you a headache as they involve mixed uses of webmail, iNotes and client users - some on Win98, Win2K and XP - there is no commom thread. Anyway - I have a support call place. We’ll see where that leads. Any suggestions out there are appriciated…

We’ve also been experiencing this problem. It started all of a sudden, sporadically affecting people. This is what we’ve found so far:It only seems to affect MS IE 6 users (they were using 6.028. I went to another PC that had MS IE 6.026 and it worked fine. Could have been the PC or the version of IE…)
It does not affect Mozilla users at all, even on the same PC that is having a problem with MS IE.
Nothing changed on the server, and as far as we can tell, nothing changed on the clients.
Is not related to virus protection software (as we thought, since that was updated a few weeks ago, preceeding this iNotes issue).
It affects people inside and outside our network.
Thought it might be the Sun JavaVM, but that seems to be working fine and has not changed for the users. Also, even after removing the VM, and reinstalling, it was a problem, but still worked fine in Mozilla 1.7.
Thought it was a security setting in the IE options, but after setting them to their lowest settings, that didn’t help the problem.
Finally, changed the mail file design from Domino Web Access 6 to iNotes 5 and everything looked worked fine. So it’s some spontaneous problem between Dom Web Access 6 and MS IE.
Any ideas?
