In iNotes 9, open your calendar, Add another Calendar under “My Calendars”. Once you’ve added this calendar, try to find out how to remove/delete it from “My Calendars”. We cannot find this option. Next add another calendar under “My Calendars”. Once it’s been added, flip over to your Notes 9 rich client, open your calendar, this newly added calendar does not show up. Is anyone else getting these issues?

There should be a drop down on the right side to remove the calendar from the “My Calendars” section.
Unfortunately the “My Calendars” settings are not shared between iNotes and Notes but I will take this back as a good suggestion.
