iNotes 9 and Calendar and Available Time

After upgrading our mail server to Domino 9, the available time (Calendar entry) is not working with iNotes 9, all other users display the gray bar except the authenticated user.

iNotes 8, no problem.

IBM Notes 8 with mail template 8, no problem

IBM Notes 8 with mail template 9, no problem

IBM Notes 9 with mail template 8, no problem

IBM Notes 9 with mail template 9, no problem

Our mail server is within a cluster and I’ve not try with a mail server that is not in a cluster.

Need help !!!

After upgrading our mail server to Domino 9, the available time (Calendar entry) is not working with iNotes 9, all other users display the gray bar except the authenticated user.

Thanks for reporting this we don’t have any known problem reports with this as an issue so I have some questions.

  1. if you hover over the user name that is a the gray bar what does the hover help say?
  2. Can you please post a screen shot?
  3. Do you always see the gray bar issue for the same user names?
  4. Can you try two users that are on the same server?
