We have a situation where a user has a mail file using the dwa7 template. When the mail file is accessed thru the browser and you click on the preferences section the option to select Instant Messaging is missing. Other mail files are fine! Has anyone had this experience. How do you fix it? I replaced the design again on the mail file without success. I tried to search in the forum for this issue. I apologize ahead of time if there is something already posted about this.
