Inote isssue with Only one user

Problem with only one user. other user are working fine and taking inotes defult.

This user, when I type the user anme and password its redirect to this URL “http://agidelvs.anandgroupindia.com/mail/abc.nsf?OpenDatabase&ui=webmail”

but is should be open in inote. I have run all command fix, updall, convert to inote6 but not working even I have deleted the databse and recreate it.

lastly I have deleted and register the user with same name , but still problem exit

We have configure all user database template to iNote6 and most of user IE to browse web mail.

The mention above user has a problem while opening mail from browser. Its redirecting webmail format not in iNote format.

I am very confuse why its redirecting Webmail format since the template is iNote6. To correct this I try all this, compact, fixup, updall, convert to Stdr6mail and back to iNote6. Even I have delete the database and recreate. Last option I have deleted user and recreat it again, but problem not resolved

What’s to elaborate? He has one user, and one user only, whose mail access (using the iNotes/DWA template) is redirected to the webmail UI version, rather then the iNotes/DWA UI. He would like to know why, and how it may be fixed so that the user has access to the iNotes/DWA mail UI at login. Not being an admin, nor having access to a server, I can’t answer the question, but I can certainly understand it well enough.
