Hi,
I have a response form with the option - Inherit selected document into rich text field - selected.
In the response form, I have a rich text field called - body.
However, it gives me a blank form.
What can I possibly be missing?
I know it works the same as reply with history, and checked the design, all my settings are the same.
Subject: Inherit entire selected document
Check the security settings of your Parent Form. “Disable Printing/Forwarding/Copying to clipboard” should not be checked.
Also this option adds “$KeepPrivate” field in the Documents. Unchecking the form and refreshing the document will allow you to inherit the new documents to other document but old ones will not work. To inhert the old documents you need to remove “$KeepPrivate” field from all the documents created in past
