I have 5 POP3 accounts configured on my Notes client. I have modified my mail template so that I see mails from all accounts + my intranet account in the Inbox. the problem is that sometimes the “Internet Mail Address” in the location document inadvertently changes & puts the internet adress from my person document. this is causing me lots of problems since the customers keep getting mail from my id. this is what i would like to avoid.
the 2nd problem is that mails from all accounts are not downloaded thru replication. i have to manually say “send & receive mails”. sometimes it downloads only from a single account.
In outlook all these problems are not found.
could anyone suggest a workaround for these problems
