Indicate in a view that a field contains a doclink

Ladies and gents,I have a form in which I paste a doclink to another document in another database.

On the corresponding view, I want to indicate if the field with the doclink is filled. But I could not figure out how to test on the field contents as it always returns a Null value also when filled.

Can you help?

Hello,

Basically, the doclink would be put in the Rich text field and us cannot show RTF on the view . So , u cannot show that the document contains a doclink.

Now, a workaround i can think of it is to create .ndl file and attach it into a RichText field. As an attachment u can show on the view. NDL is notes document link file.
