Incorrect notification when moving emails from Inbox in Verse

Hi all,

Users are having an incorrect notification when moving emails from Inbox to user’s folder:

The error can be when moving 3 emails to another folder and when moving 100 emails to another folder.
Could you please advise what is the cause of this behaviour? Is it a bug? If yes, is it planned to fix it?

Thank you
Regards,
Katrine Chu

Hi Katerine,

Good day!

May I know which Verse version you are running? Also, what browser are you using?

I have checked this on my test server and was able to move emails from the Inbox to another folder, and it showed the correct number of emails that were moved.

Have you tried clearing the browser’s cache? Or, could you please try it on a different browser to see if you are experiencing the same issue? Also, did you verify how many emails were selected before you moved them?

I have Verse: 3.2.4 and I used Google Chrome.

Thank you!

Best regards,
Kaycery

Hi, kaycerygonzales

We are also using 3.2.4 Verse and Chrome as well

The error is that we see an alert that the Inbox folder is empty. Although the screenshot shows that there are 40 unread messages there and still read.

Try to check this issue with yourself. On the example, move 30 e-mails. But this incorrect notification (that the Inbox folder is empty) appears when you move both 3 e-mails and 50 e-mails.

Thanks

Hi Katerine,

Understood. Upon performing another test, I was able to reproduce the issue. I am checking on this internally and will update you.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Kaycery
