Incoming SMTP mail not being translated

We are having a problem where we have a Local Primary Internet domain defined in

a global domain document. Example notes.xyz.acme.com When internet email comes into mail.box addressed to whomever@notes.xyz.acme.com it just stays there.

The router is not picking up the mail and sending it to the server. All servers are in the same Domino domain. If I manually change notes.xyz.acme.com to where it shoud go

the router immediately picks it up and sends it via nrpc. This has been running for years and now all of a sudden it doesn’t work. After a day or so the message times out and the sender gets a Delivery Failure. The only change that was done when this started to happen was we created and installed new SSL certificates on

all the servers. Does anyone have a clue what

is causing this?
