To anyone who can help,
My boss is currently getting used to a switch from pegasus to lotus notes. She is having a problem viewing recipient information in the inbox “who” column. For example, if she sends an email to a number of different recipients, in the inbox the only information she sees is the first person that the email is sent to (there is nothing to denote that this was an email sent to more and one person). Is there anyway that you can customize the information in this column? Thanks for any help!
