Inbox Information Disappearing

We have over 6000 users with the above configuration. There are a small handful that expereince this issue (under 10).

At intermittent times the information within the inbox will disappear. There is no pattern. By refreshing or going into another folder and going back to the inbox the contents display correctly.

Client reinstalled. – Error persists,

New configuration files created. – Error persists

Template replaced – Error persists

Fixup\compact\updall – Error persists

Is it only affecting a few people, but is enough to be annoying.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas?

Seems to happen only when using intensively, experienced users. Problem disappeared for some users.

We’ve had the same issue - upgrading to FP2 has mostly removed the problem - assuming it’s not the user doing what the other post is suggesting of course

Subject: possible answers

(a)user accieentally toggled “show unread only” at the top-right of mailfile. As user had read all their inbox messages, this made it appear empty.

(b)user hit the right arrow, or End key, on the keyboard. This scrolled the inbox to the right, so it only displays empty columns.

(c)using the Standard (Eclipse) client. I’ve seen it display buggy sometimes. Rebooting the whole PC seems to help for a while.
