Inbox goes to "index:colicon1:9998" for every document

Quite often I get my whole inbox displaying each document with the words “index:colicon1:9998” instead of the Subject, and index:colicon:177" instead of the Date.If I go to another view and back to the inbox, it all displays properly.

I HAVE moved some columns around, if that helps anyone to debug this.

Subject: Same issue triggered by deleting

Myself and another user here have been getting this occurring when deleting messages from the inbox, rather than moving to folders, in an inbox with rearranged columns. We run 8.0.2 FP1 on Windows XP. Switching views and back corrects the problem.

Subject: one or two users here seeing same thing on XP

I have a couple of users here seeing the same thing on 8.0.2 (std R8 mail template), on XP clients. Close and restart Notes and problem goes away.

Anybody have any thoughts on the cause?

Subject: Same issue here

I am having the same issue with my mail and that of someone else. What we have in common is that both of us have moved our columns around.Changing views and going back seems to resolve the issue.

In my case this is triggered when I move items to folders.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Same issue in 8.5 client on Vista

Not having this problem with XP or Mac clients pointing at same mailfile, though don’t use them as much. And this only started after I upgraded to 8.5. Did not have this problem on 8.0.
