I have recently upgraded my client to 6.5.3 and applied the MAIL6.NTF design.
I want to personalise the Inbox design but this ability is restricted.
I have >300 personal folders which still have my old Notes 5 personalised design. I have manually updated one of them and set this to be the default design for new folders.
I don’t want to do the Action / Upgrade Folder Design on these because it can only be based on one of the standard folders, so they would revert to the given design. But I do want to update them all.
Q1. Is it usual for the design of the inbox to be restricted or is this related to my company’s policy? I’ve asked my Notes Admin mailbox but had no reply.
Q2. Is there a way to create my own .NTF file based on MAIL6.NTF which will allow me to design my own ($Inbox)?
Q.3 Is there a way to automatically propogate a design from one personal folder onto all others?
