Hello,
After installing FP2 for Notes client 14.0.0 (via AUT), the Inbox autorefresh in the mail DB does not work. Autorefresh works only on the first message, but on the following messages the user has to use F9 or F5.
DB reindexed, template changed (V12,V14), tile removed from Workspace. Still the same problem.
Does anyone have the same experience, or advice on how to fix it?
Thanks
Ales
Hi Ales
If the issue is with single user, could you check by reconfiguring Notes Client.
Steps :
Open Notes.ini and remove from 5th line onwards
Rename cache.ndk, bookmark.nsf. names.nsf
Restart Notes Client.
Hi Sudhakar,
This is a problem for many users who are in different locations.

Hi Ales
Is the mail file on server or Local replica?
Hi Sudhakar,
All mail files are only on server.
Al.
Hi Ales, if you uninstall FP2 everything starts to work again?
Hi Stefano,
Yes, we have installed FP1 back on several users and autorefresh is working,
And many greetings to you ;-)
