In the dropdown for Apple Native-iOS frame previews, the choices are iPhone 4, 5, 6 but no iPhone 7 or iPhone X. Can Visualizer 8 be updated to show those device layout previews?

Hi,

Visualizer 8 also have iPhone 4, 5, 6 and 6 Plus canvas for the preview of the form. The dimension of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 are same. Whatever you design for iPhone 6 will remain same for iPhone 7 and iPhone 8.

Adding iPhone X to canvas dropdown list is on the roadmap.

The support for new devices have been added in Visualizer Enterprise 8 Service Pack 1.

To take the update for Visualizer Enterprise,

go to preferences>Kony Visualizer> Updates and become early adopter.

Relaunch Visualizer and it will show you on launch if an update is available.

Update now and relaunch.

Let us know if this unblocks you on the support for new devices.

Thanks! This works- I updated v8 to SP1 using the Early Adopter setting as you mentioned, and I now see the iPhone X option, in addition new layouts for iPhone7 and iPhone SE.
