In Notes 8.5.1 Calendar, Make Sunday the First Day

In my Notes 8.5.1 calendar, Monday and not Sunday is the first day listed for weekly views. Every other calendar I use begins with Sunday. So how do I tell the Notes client weekly view to begin with Sunday, and not Monday?

This will change the notes.ini line ViewWeekStart=1
