Impossible to download kyrtool.exe

Hi,

I’m trying to download kyrtool.exe utility, in order to generate a keyring file with a self-signed SHA-2, but seems that it’s not available in IBM Fix Central: IBM Support: Fix Central http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/quickorder?product=ibm%2FLotus%2FLotus+Notes&fixids=KYRTool_9x_ClientServer&source=dbluesearch

Any idea where to find it?
