Importing into NAB from lotus 123

I need to import data from an access database. I’ve converted it into Lotus 123 formatted file and tried to import according to the Lotus help file, but am not having any success. To test my process I created a single row of data with column name of FirstName (which is a field name on the Person form). I then opened the database and selected Person view and imported with option “WKS Title Defined”. This is not working. What am I not doing right?
