Import Word Doc in selected fields of Notes form

I am facing a problem while Importing a Word Doc , when i import a word file it imports the whole content of the document in a field , I have different fields in my form i want that i should get values of the specific content of document in each of the different fields in the form.

This third party tool supports both Word as Excel imports, allowing you to allocate word fields to notes fields and even populate Word meta-fields like author, date, etc. into desired notesfields.

Other scenarios of usage:

The whole Word document as an attachment in a richtextfield. The whole Word document copied into the richtextfield. Different Wordsections in seperate Notes documents.

Does it have to be Word?

Using Excel makes it a whole lot easier.
