Import Outlook Contacts to DWA

I am trying to figure out how to import a user’s outlook contacts to Domino Web Access. Installing a notes client on every machine is not an option, these users will be setup as Domino Web Access users only. Any ideas or suggestions?

I have the same scenario. I am still not sure whether I could use a tool like Common Migration Tool from BinaryTree.com and be able to not have to install the Notes Client. Binary Tree lists it as a prerequisite.
