We moved to Notes R6 at the beginning of the year. At that time I found the Import Holidays option in my Calendar, which I used very successfully.
I know this sounds really stupid, but does anyone know how to Import Holidays for 2007? Now we are getting close to the end of the year, people are asking me if its possible to add Bank Holidays in their calendars automatically.

The entries for 2007 must be created in the Domino Directory, in the view Configuration\Miscellaneous\Holidays.

That’s right. As Christine said, create holiday list in the domino directory and then make your users know so that they can import the new holidays. It is always better to do this import before the last working day of the year or if current year’s holidays are of not that important for the user, as we already reached the end of the year except for a month. This import functionality removes the old holidays those are already there, from the user’s calender.
