Import Groupwise Calendar to Lotus 6.5 Calendar

We are merging companies. One company uses Groupwise version 6.5 and we use Notes 6.5.

We are all going to Notes. Is there a way to import Groupwise Calendar into NOtes calendar? Or Groupwise Personal Address book to Notes Address book?
