Import contents to a hidden Rich text field

Hi all, The requirement is how to import a content of a word document into a HIDDEN RICH TEXT FIELD.

I am able to import the contents of the word documents when the RICH TEXT FIELD is VISIBLE(Using uidoc.Import)

Is it possible to do a same operation for a HIDDEN RICH TEXT FIELD.
