I'm unable to create Replica on Member server

I’m unable to create replica on memeber server using Lotus Domino administrator “Tools- Database - Create replica”.The user and server has full rights on other server.

Every time i’ve to create replica manually on member servers using lotus notes client “Replicatio - new replica - Server name”

Any idea what is wrong?

Subject: Access.

Ensure whosoever Server/user’s have access to create replica on the member server.

SErver Document–Security—there you have the option of who can create replica/database/master template…etc…
