I’m stumped…I have this user who, when he’s trying to see a colleague’s available time, it’s greyed out and not displaying. It gives the error:Can’t Find Domain Document in Domino Directory for the scheduling request…
Now that isn’t the interesting part. The user works from home. I loaded his email on my tester computer and I was able to see the free time for the colleague. It’s something on his computer. Everything works fine, emails goes and he can access databases. It’s just the Free Time…Any thoughts?
All the searches I found were server related, which doesn’t relate to my situation since on my tester set I was able to see the free time logged in as him.

Check the domain in his location document. I had a user with a similar issue and their location document specified an incorrect domain.

I tried that…Re-built his locations page…Still same result. It’s also funny that he could see certain users, like myself but could see others.

Don’t whether this makes sense …
if he is VPN’ed from home, have him use a different VPN account.
Did you ask him to try the same thing via Domino Web Access (iNotes) ?

He only has one VPN account, but he could connect to different servers. I’ll have him try that. As for inotes, we don’t have that setup in our systems unfortunatly.
But I find it strange as to why everything else works in notes except for this one thing, plus it displays free times, but not for everyone.
