While opening the local copy i am getting the message "illregular circular in use:"Can you suggest me what could be t he reason.

I’ve seen “Illegal Circular Use” messages before. These typically occur if you have just performed a mailbox move to another server. I believe the error occurs because the old mailbox’s info is still being cached.
If this sounds like your scenario, simply exiting the Notes client, then going back in should resolve the issue.
