I’ve tried Refresh Design, Replace Design, Deleted Calendar Profile, Local system Location Settings, Reinstalled Lotus Notes…
But problem is still pending…

You need to verify that the template is signed correctly before applying the design to your mail files. If you have security setup on your server documents this can be what is causing your problem.

Checked. The template is signed correctly.
When I’m opening mail file in browser, I’m able to create group calendar without any issue.
