IE locking up after using link in lotus

Have an XP build PC that locks up in IE after clicking a link via lotus notes. It was set up for Microsoft Internet Explorer as the web browser. If I change it to either Notes or Notes with Internet Explorer it does not lock up. I can open up IE links with other pcs. Any ideas?

you’re not alone. I’ve seen this issue too, but not resolved it (other than moving user to FF)
