ID Recovery - Backup ID File

Anybody know what that “background process” is where Domino automatically sends updated encrypted backup ID files to the centralized database after users acquire a new public key, accept a name change, or accept or create a document encryption key?

The damn thing keeps sending one particular user’s id file to the db every morning at 6:30.

Hi,

try to recertify the ID manually with the new name or certificate or wharever, and copy it to the user workstation. Remember to delete the related admin process documents form admin4.nsf and backup the ID in your mail-in DB.
